A: Surely, we can offer FREE SAMPLES for your evaluation, but we will collect the sample cost first, and then return the related cost in your trial order.
A: Normally, Our MOQ is 200pcs/model; For trial order, container order can be mixed with several models in 50~100pcs/model.
A: Generally, we have two standard payment terms for choice:
1) 30% TT as deposit in advance before production, 70% TT as balance before shipment;
2) 100% payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
The better payment term can be negotiated when the annual sales volume could reach USD200,000.
A: 7~10 days for the sample order; 40~45 days for the trial order; and 35~40 days for the repeat order.
A: All our products must pass inspection before shipment. The warranty period of the finished product is 1 year, 1% quick-wear spare parts provided along with container order. We can provide components for maintenance at any time.
